Since its foundation, the declared commitment and company vision of MGT was and still is to became a unique player for a production of the highest quality, uncompromising craftsmanship and totally Made in Italy.
Thanks also to the experience of thirty years with Ducal Shoes C.A. based in Caracas and founded in 1970 always by the Tini family, MGT has kept growing and gaining the trust of some of the most important international fashion brands such as Tod’s, Bally, Metal Gienchi, Nicopanda.
With a team of 90 employees and a production capacity of 180000 pairs a year, MGT continues to invest in quality, innovation product diversification to maintain and improve its positioning: the offer goes from the traditional tubular moccasins to rubber, leather monobloc, STROBEL covering all the styles, from classic to sporty till the trendiest fashionista.
Our internal modeling is our strenght; the creative directors from all the different brands give us the final drawing and we are able to make it real from the first prototype to the industrialization of the product.
